# Marketplace

The Marketplace is the backbone of the Chiblets ecosystem, functioning as a **player-driven economy** where all game assets are freely traded using the native currency, **$CHIBI**. It creates opportunities for players to profit from their in-game activities while ensuring that supply and demand are shaped by community behavior, not by centralized control.

### **Tradable Assets**

All core assets in the Chiblets universe can be freely exchanged in the Marketplace. This ensures liquidity and enables a healthy economy driven by player activity.

### **Fee System**

To ensure long-term sustainability and value, a small fee is applied to each Marketplace trade.

| **Fee** | **Details** |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Total Fee** | 5% per trade |
| **Distribution** |
- 50% Burned (deflationary supply control)
- 30% Community Treasury (rewards, events, staking)
- 20% Development Fund (future content, maintenance)
|

**Economic Rationale:**

* The **burn mechanism** reduces circulating supply, creating upward pressure on token value.
* The **Community Treasury** ensures that active players are rewarded over time.
* The **Development Fund** guarantees consistent growth of the ecosystem.

### **Player-Driven Economy**

The Marketplace reflects a **true circular economy**, where each player’s activity supports another’s progression.

**Example Scenario:**

1. Player A completes a **Level 3 Adventure**, farming mid-tier resources.
2. Player A crafts a **Level 3 Strength Rune** using these resources.
3. Player A lists the rune on the Marketplace for $CHIBI.
4. Player B, focused on building a **damage-heavy Chiblet**, purchases the rune.
5. Player B upgrades their Chiblet, gaining a competitive advantage in PvP.
6. The transaction triggers a **5% fee**, which contributes to token stability and ecosystem sustainability.

### **Economic Balance**

To prevent market manipulation and ensure fairness:

* **Dynamic pricing** emerges naturally as supply and demand fluctuate.
* **Deflationary fee burns** prevent oversupply of $CHIBI.
* **Seasonal resources** ensure that crafting recipes and asset values evolve over time.

### **Marketplace Vision**

The Marketplace is not just a trading hub — it is a **living economy** powered by players. Every decision, from farming resources to crafting high-level runes, feeds into a larger economic system where:

* Casual players can profit from farming and crafting.
* Competitive players invest in upgrades to dominate battles.
* Long-term investors benefit from a **deflationary token model** that stabilizes value
